AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LINCOLN PLACE SUBDIVISION TRACT TWO,
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM SINGLE FAMILY
DISTRICT R -1 TO SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT R -lA, DUPLEX DISTRICT R -2,
AND APARTMENTS DISTRICT R -4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, The City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 8, 1981 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 1 through 17 Block
C of the Lincoln Place Subdivision Tract Two from Single Family
District R -1 to Single Family District R -IA; and
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 1 and 2 Block A,
Lots 1, 2, 17, and 18 Block B, and Lots 18 through 27 Block C of
the Lincoln Place Subdivsion from Single Family District R -1 to
Duplex District R -2; and
r To rezone all remaining lots in the Lincoln Place Subdivision
Tract Two from Single Family District R -1 to Apartments District
R -4.
And, it is ordained that said changes shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1981.
