AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 10 THROUGH 20; BLOCK 17, AND LOTS 1,2,3,4, AND
THE ADJOINING 20 FEET OF LOT 5, AND LOTS 11,12,13,14 AND THE ADJOINING 20 FEET OF
LOT 15; BLOCK 18; SOUTHWOOD VALLEY SECTION 4 -B FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C -1
TO APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT R -5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Monday, November 24, 1980 on the question of rezoning certain property within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classifiaction of all of Lots 10 through 20; Block 17, and
Lots 1,2,3,4 and the adjoining 20 feet of Lot 5, and Lots 11,12,13,14 and the adjoin-
ing 20 feet of Lot 15; Block 18; Southwood Valley Section 4 -B, a subdivision to the
City of College Station, Texas according to plat filed in Volume 367, page 239 of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from General Commercial District C -1 to
Apartment Building District R -5.
And, it is ordianed that said change shall become effective immediately.
