AN ORDINANCE REZONING RESERVE BLOCK C OF THE POST OAK FOREST SUBDIVISION, A SUB-
DIVISION OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO PLAT FILED IN VOLUME
326, PAGE 715 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS
DISTRICT C -N TO ADMINISTRATIVE /PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A -P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, October 23, 1980 on the question of rezoning certain property with-
in the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Reserve Block C of the Post Oak
Forest Subdivision, a subdivision of the City of College Station, Texas, according
to plat filed in Volume 326, page 715, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
from Neighborhood Business District C -N to Administrative /Professional District,
A -P.
AND, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 23rd day of October, 1980.
