ORDINANCE NO. 1231
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE EMERALD FOREST ADDITION, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO PLAT
FILED IN VOLUME 453 PAGE 905 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM
AGRICULTURAL /OPEN DISTRICT A -0 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, July 24th, 1980 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of the Emerald Forest Addition,
Phase Two, a subdivision to the City of College Station, Texas, according to
plat filed in Volume 453, page 905 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas
from Agricultural /Open District A -0 to Single Family Residential District R-1.
AND, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 24th day of July, 1980.
