ORDINANCE NO. 1220
p" AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 20 OF THE MEADOWLAND ADDITION FROM GENERAL
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C -1 TO APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT R -5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, June 12, 1980 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 20 of the Meadowland
Addition, a subdivision of the City of College Station, Texas, according
plat filed in Volume 94 page 278 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas
from General Commercial District C -1 to Apartment Building Distrcit R -5.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 12th day of June, 1980.
