ORDINANCE NO. 1187
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 850, ADDING TOWNHOUSES/
ROWHOUSES TO THE APARTMENT/LOW DENSITY DISTRICT R-4 AS A PERMITTED USE.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the College Station City
Hallat 7:00 p.m. on October 11, 1979, on the question of amending the Zoning
Ordinance No. 850;
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend Ordinance No. 850;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
The Zoning Ordinance No. 850 is hereby amended as follows:
Add to Section 5-Q.2. PERMITTED USES:
Townhouses dwelling units, built under the zoning restrictions of District
R-4, with site plan review.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 11th day of October, 1979.
