AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 23, BLOCK 1 OF THE W. C. BOYETT PARTITION AS RECORDED
BY PLAT FILED IN VOLUME 100, PAGE 440, OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY,
TEXAS FROM APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT R-6 TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.,
on Thursday, July 12, 1979 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 23, Block 1 of the W. C.
Boyett Partition as recorded by plat filled in Volume 100, page 440 of the
Deed Reords of Brazos County, Texas, and conveyed to owner by deed recorded in
Volume 311, page 294 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Apartment
Building District R-6 to General Commercial District C-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 12th day of July, 1979.
