RECORDED IN VOLUME 376 PAGE 169 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM
w AGRICULTURAL/OPEN DISTRICT A-0 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, The City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, July 12, 1979 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 1 through 18 of the Sandstone
Addition, a subdivision of the City of College Station, Texas as shown on plat
recorded in Volume 376, page 169 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from
Agricultural/Open District A-0 to Single Family Residential District R-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of July, 1979.
