ORDINANCE NO. 1134
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 850, DELETING THE PROJECT SIZE REQUIRE-
MENTS FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, October
26, 1978, on the question of amending the Zoning Ordinance No. 850;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend Ordinance No. 850;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
The Zoning Ordinance No. 850 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Delete Section 5-0.5.1.
Delete Sections 5-0.5.3., 5-0.5.3.1., 5-0.3.2., 5-0.5.3.3., and 5-0.5.3.4.
Amend Section 5-0.6. State Construction, to read as follows:
5-0.6. STAGE CONSTRUCTION: The preliminary development plan and the preliminary
subdivision plat shall show all of the development stages and the approximate
boundaries of each stage. The final subdivision plat and final development plan
for each succeeding stage shall be submitted at not more than one (1) year intervals.
The common areas and facilities for each development stage must be planned so that
each home owner in the original planned unit and in each additional stage will
have an approximately equal stake in the home association's common facilities and
about equal benefit from them.
