AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 4 & 5, BLOCK C OF THE COLLEGE HEIGHTS ADDITION
FROM DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-2 TO ADMINISTRATIVE/PROFESSIONAL
DISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 PM
on Thursday, October 26, 1978 on the question of rezoning certain areas
within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 4&5, Block of the College
Heights Addition, College Station, Texas according to plat filed in Volume
124, Page 259 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Duplex
Residential District R-2 to Administrative/Professional District A-P.
And it is ordained that the said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of October 1978.
