ORDINANCE NO. 1130
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY IN BLOCK 9 OF WEST PARK
ADDITION.
Said alley right-of-way being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the west corner of Lot 9, Block 9 of the West Park Addition;
THENCE in a southeasterly direction along the back lot lines of Lots 9-14, Block
9 for a distance of 304.8 feet to a point at the south corner of Lot 14, Block 9;
THENCE in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 15 feet to the east corner
of Lot 22, Block 9;
THENCE in a northwesterly direction along the back lot lines of Lots 22-17, Block
9 for a distance of 304.8 feet to a point at the north corner of Lot 15, Block 9;
THENCE in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 15 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING,
Plot of said addition being recorded in Volume 102, page 198 of the Deed Records
of Brazos County.

%Wl� BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, that:
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of College
Station that there is a fifteen (15) foot alley right-of-way dedicated to the
City of College Station by plat; and
WHEREAS, said alley right-of-way is not needed and will not be needed in the
future; and
WHEREAS, the present property owners are desirous of adding the said alley
right-of-way to their present lots,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ORDAINED that such alley right-of-way be vacated and
that the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to release on behalf of the City
of College Station any right or claim which the City has in and to said easement.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of September, 1978.
