AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 1 & 2 OF BLOCK 1; LOTS 1, 2, 16 & 17 OF
BLOCK 2; AND LOTS 1 & 2 OF BLOCK 3 OF THE OAKWOOD ADDITION ACCORDING TO PLAT
FILED IN VOLUME 82, PAGE 520 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
FROM APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT R-3 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
R-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 PM
on Thursday April 14, 1977 on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 1 & 2, Block 1;
Lots 1, 2, 16 & 17, Block 2 and Lots 1 & 2, Block 3 of the Oakwood Addition
according to plat filed in Volume 82, Page 520 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas from Apartment Building District R-3 to Single Family Res-
idential District R-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of April, 1977.
