AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING CERTAIN TERRITORY ADJOINING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
An affidavit having been made by all of the land owners of the hereinafter
described territory adjoining the city limits of the City of College Station,
Texas, to the effect that there are no registered voters residing within the
boundaries of the hereinafter described territory and that the affiants are the sole
owners of the hereinafter described territory, and
THE AFORESAID affidavit having been filed with the City Secretary who
has certified the same to the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council by virtue of the authority conferred by Article
II, Section 6 of the Charter of the City of College Station, Texas, approved on
April 4, 1972, by this ordinance does hereby receive such territory within the
incorporated limits of the City of College Station, Texas, such territory being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Morgan
Rector League, Abstract 46, Brazos County, Texas, and being a portion of a 142.11
acre tract conveyed to Calloway - Rhodes, Inc. and Edwin S. Schultz by deed
recorded in Volume 323, Page 258 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
and being more particularly described as follows:

rod marking the most westerly corner of the aforesaid

said corner also lying in the northeast right-of-way of
