ORDINANCE NO. 1045
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN TRACTS OF LAND IN THE CRAWFORD BURNETT LEAGUE MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT
R-3 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, August 26, 1976 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of those certain tracts of land in the
Crawford Burnett League, College Station, Brazos County, Texas described as follows:
All of those areas in the McCulloch Subdivision as listed:
Block

Lots
1-24
Block

Lots
1-48
Block
3,
Lots
1-28
Block
4,
Lots
1-22
Block
5,
Lots
1-28
Block
6,
Lots
1-22
Block

Lots

Block

All of those areas in the Southland Subdivision as listed:
Block 1, Lots 1-24
Block 2, Lots 6-24
All of those areas in the Ed Hrdlicka Subdivision shown on the map included as
part of this ordinance.
FURTHERMORE, special provision shall be made to exempt all those lots included
in this ordinance and shown on the accompanying map as they are subdivided by
plat as of the date of this ordinance from the building restrictions concerning
minimum lot area, width, and depth only as prescribed in the District Use
Schedule - Table A of Ordinance No. 850.
And it is ordained that the said changes shall be effective immediately.
