AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2 OF THE KAPCHINSKIE ADDITION, COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS AS RECORDED BY PLAT FILED IN VOLUME 62, PAGE 422 OF THE DEED RECORDS
OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND CONVEYED TO OWNER BY DEED FILED IN VOLUME 348, PAGE
862 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT R-1 TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, September 23, 1976 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 5, Block 2 of the Kapchinskie
Addition, College Station, Texas according to plat filed in Volume 62, Page 422
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and conveyed to owner by deed recorded
in Volume 348, Page 862 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Single
Family Residential District R-1 to General Commercial District C-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of September, 1976.
