AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 1 - 64, BLOCK 1 OF THE SOUTHWOOD TERRACE
SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
R-1 TO DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-2.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, August 26, 1976 on the question of rezoning certain areas with-
in the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the followin:
To rezone or change the classification of all of lots 1 through 64, Block 1
of the Southwood Terrace Subdivision, Section 1, according to plat filed in
Volume 353, Page 319 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Sin-
gle Family Residential District R-1 to Duplex Residential District R-2.
And it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of August, 1976.
