ORDINANCE NO. 1034
AN ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND IN THE MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE,
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS
ORDINANCE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1 TO AGRICULTURAL
OPEN DISTRICT A-0 AS SPECIFIED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS; the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
on Thursday, August 12, 1976 on the question of rezoning certain areas with-
in the city limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or Shange the classification of a certain tract of land in the
Morgan Rector League, Brazos County, Texas and being a part of a 438.0
acre tract of land described in the following deeds: J.A. Boriskie et -al,
page 499 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; J.M. Boriskie to
V.J. Boriskie dated September 25, 1948, recorded in Volume 136, Page 359
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; J.M. Boriskie to V.J. Boriskie
dated March 4, 1952 and recorded in Volume 152, Page 608 of the Deed Rec-
ords of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described as fol-
lows:
BEGINNING: at a fence corner in the northwest line of said 438.0 acre tract,
said fence corner also being in the northeast right-of-way line of State
Highway No. 6;

Highway No. 6 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 13.17 acres of land,
more or less, from Single Family Residential District R-1 to Agricultural
Open District A-0.
And it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
