AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN WEST KNOLL SECTION III.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Pursuant to an application and request filed with the City of College Station,
Texas,May 14, 1976, that utility easement being ten (10') feet in width lying
along and five (5') feet either side of the line lying between Lots One (1) and
Two (2) and between Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), in Block Six (6), West
Knoll, Section III.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
this the loth day of June, 1976.
