ORDINANCE N0. 1012
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 692, REGULATING THE RATE FOR WATER CONNECTION
FEE, SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION FEE, AND FOR TEMPORARY ELECTRIC SERVICE FEE, AND
PROVIDING FOR THESE RATES AND FEES TO BE ESTABLISHED BY POLICY OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Schedule of Rates to be Charged for Water Connections,
Sanitary Sewer Connections and Temporary Electric Services, shall be in accordance
with the policy established by the City Council of College Station, Texas.
All material and equipment used in making any utility connection remains the
property of the City of College Station, Texas.
Ordinance No. 692 regulating the rate for water connection fee, sanitary
sewer connection fee, and providing for temporary electric service fee, is hereby
repealed, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances, are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
