AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 712, THE ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERSONNEL POLICIES
FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That Section 4, Chapter 7 of the Personnel Manual of the City of College Station
adopted by Ordinance No. 712 is hereby repealed and;
That Section 4, Chapter 7 of the Personnel Manual of the City of College Station
shall hereafter .read:
SECTION 4 POLITICAL ACTIVITY
All employees shall refrain from seeking or accepting nomination or election
to College Station municipal offices and shall refrain from using their influence
publicly in any way for, or against, any candidate for such elective offices.
