AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ELECTRICAL CODE ORDINANCE NO. 629.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Ordinance No. 629 is hereby amended as follows: Change Section 9C to read as follows:
Non-metallic sheath cable or other wiring methods approved for general wiring in
single dwelling units may be used in each dwelling unit of multiple dwelling buildings,
provided each dwelling unit is supplied from its individual circuit breaker panel
located within that dwelling unit. Each feeder from multiple assemblies to the
circuit breaker panel of each dwelling unit shall use a National Electric Code
(current edition) approved feeder cable and be provided at the meter with a National
Electric Code (current edition) approved disconnecting and overcurrent device.
