AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 (PARK DEDICATION) OF ORDINANCE NO. 690 (SUBDIVISION
REGULATIONS).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Section 10 of Ordinance No. 690 is amended to read:
"Section 10. Parks and Other Use.
10-A. See Ordinance No. 983 for park dedication requirements.
10-B. The final plat shall contain a reference that R-3 land, C-1 land, and
C-N land are subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 983 and successor
ordinances."
