AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 850.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, July 10,1975 on the question of amending the Zoning Ordinance No. 850;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend Ordinance No. 850;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
The Zoning Ordinance No. 850, is hereby amended as follows:
To Section 1-D, DEFINITIONS, add the following:
1-D.30.1 END UNIT: That building of a group of contiguous buildings
which lies adjacent to a side property line for which no joint contract
of development or party wall agreement exists;
Section 5-B through Section 5-B.6 shall be deleted;
Section 5-C through 5-C.6 shall be deleted;
The words "R-lA", "R-lB", and "R-lC" shall be replaced by the word "R-l"
throughout the body of Ordinance No. 850, and there shall be one Single
Family Residential District, District R-1.
fir; To Section 6-M, ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, add the following:
6.M.3 No construction shall impede, constrict or block the flow of water
in any improved or natural watercourse.
Add a new section 6-R as follows:
6-R. Front and Side Yard Fences. No fence shall be construed to be
a structure, nor shall it require a building permit.
The DISTRICT USE SCHEDULE - TABLE A shall be changed to read as per attached:
