AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE VOTING PRECINCTS OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS.:
The voting precincts of the City of College Station, Texas are as
follows:
VOTING PRECINCT 8 - SOUTH KNOLL SCHOOL
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerline of
FM 2154 and Holleman Drive;
THENCE northeast along the centerline of Holleman Drive to its
intersection with the centerline of State Highway 6 (Texas Avenue);
THENCE southeast along the centerline of State Highway 6
(Texas Avenue) to the point where it intersects the College Station
City Limits line to its intersection with the centerline of FM 2154;
THENCE northwest along the centerline of FM 2154 to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING.
VOTING PRECINCT 9 R A&M CONSIOLIDATED'MIDDLE SCHOOL
BEGINNXNG at the intersection point of the centerline of FM 60
West and the College Station city limits line;
THENCE northeast along the centerline of FM 60 to the point
where said centerline intersects the northeast right-of-way line of
FM 2154;
THENCE southeast along the northeast right-of-way line of FM 2154
to its intersection with the centerline of Jersey Street;
THENCE northeast along the centerline of Jersey Street to the
intersection point of said centerline with the centerline of State
Highway 6 (Texas Avenue);
THENCE southeast along the centerline of State Highway 6
(Texas Avenue) to its intersection with the centerline of Holleman
Drive;
THENCE southwest along the centerline of Holleman Drive to its
intersection with the centerline of FM 2154;
THENCE southeast along the centerline of FM 2154 to the point
where the said centerline intersects the College Station city
limits line.
THENCE generally southwest and northwest along the College
Station city limits line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
VOTING PRECINCT 10 - COLLEGE STATION FIRE STATION
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerline of State
Highway 6 (Texas Avenue) and the extension of a line between Lots
15 and 16, Block 9, College Hills Estates, City of College Station;
THENCE northeast along the common line of Lots 15 and 16, and
Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, College Hills Estates to an extension of said
line at its intersection with the centerline of Foster Street;
THENCE southeast along the centerline of Foster Street to its
intersection with the centerline of Puryear Drive;
THENCE southeast along the centerline of Puryear Drive to its
intersection with the centerline of Dominik Drive;

THENCE northeast along the centerline of Dominik Drive to
an extension of said line at its intersection with the centerline of
the State Highway 6 East bypass;
THENCE southeast along the centerline of the State Highway 6
East Bypass to its intersection with the centerline of State Highway
30;
THENCE northeast along the centerline of State Highway 30 to its
intersection with the College Station city limits line;
THENCE generally south and southeast along the College Station
city limits line to its intersection with the centerline of State
Highway 6 south;
THENCE northwest along the centerline of State Highway 6 South
(Texas Avenue) to the PLACE OF BEGINNING`.
VOTING PRECINCT 20 - TEXAS A&M
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of State Highway
6 (Texas Avenue) and the centerline of Jersey Street in College Station;
THENCE southwest along the centerline of Jersey Street to its
intersection with the northeast right-of-way line of FM 2154;
THENCE northwest along the northeast right-of-way line of FM 2154
to its intersection with the centerline of University Drive (FM 60);
THENCE northeast along the centerline of University Drive (FM 60)
to its intersection with the centerline of State Highway 6 (Texas
Avenue);
THENCE southeast along the centerline of State Highway 6 (Texas
Avenue) to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
VOTING PRECINCT 21 COLLEGE STATION MUNICIPAL BUILDING
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of State Highway
9 (Texas Avenue) and the centerline of University Drive (FM 60)
in College Station;
THENCE southwest along the centerline d University Drive to
its intersection with the College Station city limits line;
THENCE northwest and northeast along the said city limits line
of the cities of College Station and Bryan;
THENCE generally northeast along the common city limits line
between the cities of College Station and Bryan;
THENCE generally northeast along the common city limits line
between the cities of College Station and Bryan, passing College
Avenue along the northwest boundary line of the Texas A&M University
property known as Hensel Park, to the intersection of the said common
city limits line with the centerline of State Highway 6 (Texas Avenue);
THENCE southeast along the centerline of State Highway 6 (Texas
Avenue) to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
VOTING PRECINCT 24 - COLLEGE HILLS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of State Highway 6
(Texas Avenue) and the extension of a line between Lots 15 and 16,
Block 9, College Hills Estates in the City of College Station;
THENCE northeast along the common line between Lots 15 and 16
and Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, College Hills Estates to an extension of
said line at its intersection with the centerline of Foster Street;
THENCE southeast along the centerline of Foster Street to*its
intersection with the centerline of Puryear Drive;
THENCE southeast along the centerline of Puryear Drive to its
intersection with the centerline of Dominik Drive;

THENCE northeast along the centerline of Dominik Drive to an
extension of said line at its intersection with the centerline of State
Highway 6 East Bypass]
THENCE southeast along the centerline of State Highway 6 East
Bypass to its intersection with the centerline of State Highway 30;
THENCE northeast along the centerline of State Highway 30 to
its intersection with the College Station city limits line;
THENCE northwest along the College Station city limits line to
the point where same meets the agreed extraterritorial jurisdiction
on lines between the cities of College Station and Bryan;
THENCE generally southwest along said extraterritorial juris-
diction line and continuing along the common city limits line of the
cities of College Station and Bryan to its intersection with the
centerline of State Highway 6 (Texas Avenue);
THENCE southeast along the centerline of State Highway 6 (Texas
Avenue) to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
