AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 31 AND LOT 32, BLOCK 1 OF THE KAPCHINSKIE
SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT, DISTRICT R-1C, TO APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT, DISTRICT R-3.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M.,
Monday, June 24, 1974 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 31 and Lot 32, Block 1 of
the Kapchinskie Subdivision in the City of College Station from Single
Family Residential District, District R-lC, to Apartment Building District,
District R-3.
And it is ordained that the said change shall be effective immediately.
