ORDINANCE NO. 918
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUESTION OF REZONING
ALL OF LOT 31 AND LOT 32, BLOCK 1 OF THE KAPCHINSKIE SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT,
DISTRICT R-lC, TO APARTMENT BUILDING DISTRICT, DISTRICT R-3.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station has been
presented a petition by the owners of the herein described tracts of
land to rezone the dame from Single Family Residential District,
District R-1C, to Apartment Building District, District R-3;
THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of College Station shall consider the above request according
to the provisions of Section 13-A of Ordinance No. 850 and shall
make recommendation to the City Council prior to the 24th day of
June, 1974; and
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing be held at the City Hall
in College Station, Texas at 7:00 P.M. on June 24, 1974 on the question
of rezoning all of those certain tracts of land in the City of College
Station described as follows:
Being all of Lot 31 and Lot 32, Block 1 of the Kapchinskie Subdivision
in the City of College Station from Single Family Residential District,
District R-lC, to Apartment Building District, District R-3.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of May, 1974.
