AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE, ORDINANCE NO. 646.
WHEREAS the City Council has determined to amend Ordinance No. 646;
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
That the Fire Prevention Code, Ordinance No. 646, is hereby amended as
follows:
To Section 168, add the following sub -section:
d. No person shall kindle or maintain any outdoor cooking fire
or rubbish fire within 10 feet of any apartment building nor any
awning or balcony of any building.
