AN ORDINANCE REZONING THOSE LOTS FACING OLD COLLEGE ROAD FROM
THE BRYAN CITY LIMITS TO UNIVERSITY DRIVE AND CONSIST NG OF LOTS
1, 2, 3, 4, SAND 6 OF BLOCK 15 AND A PART OF BLOCK 15; LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6 AND 7 )OF BLOCK 13; LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 AND 11 OF BLOCK
11; LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4,5 AND 6 OF BLOCK 10 OF THE BOYETT ADDITION FROM
COMMERCIAL -INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, DISTRICT C-2, TO GENERAL COM-
MERCIAL DISTRICT, DISTRICT C-1, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P. M. on
Monday, March 26, 1973, onthe question of rezoning certain areas within the city
limits,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all that certain tract or parcel of land
being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 15 and a part of Block 15; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6 and 7 of Block 13; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Block 11; Lots 1, 2,
3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 10 of the Boyett Addition from Commercial -Industrial District,
District C-2, to General Commercial District, District C-1, and it is ordained that
said change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of March, 1973.
