AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUESTION OF REZONING
THOSE LOTS FACING OLD COLLEGE ROAD FROM THE BRYAN CITY LIMITS TO UNI-
VERSITY DRIVE AND CONSISTING OF LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 OF'BLOCK 15 AND A
PART OF BLOCK 15; LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 OF BLOCK 13; LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 OF BLOCK 11; LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 OF BLOCK 10 OF THE BOYETT
ADDITION FROM COMMERCIAL -INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (C-2), TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT, (C-1) AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that all land
described herein be rezoned from Commercial -Industrial District (C-2), to General Com-
mercial District, (C-1),
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing shall be held at the City Hall in College Station
at 7:00 P. M. on Monday, March 26, 1973, on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the city limits as follows:
Logs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 15 and a part of Block 15; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
of Block 13; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Block 11; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
of Block 10 of the Boyett Addition from Commercial -Industrial District, (C-2), to General
Commercial District, (C-1).
Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City
of College Station at least three times, the first publication of which shall not be less than
15 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing.
