AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 1, BLOCK B, COLLEGE HEIGHTS ADDITION
FROM DISTRICT NO. 2, SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT
NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7 :00 P. M. on
Monday, September 25, 1972, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
city limits,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lot 1, Block B of the College Heights
Addition and being that property owned by Mr. Larry Landry from District No. 2,
Second Dwelling House District, to District No. 4, First Business District, and it
is ordained that said change be effective immediately.
