AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 777 AND ORDINANCE NO. 778,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 776 and Ordinance No. 777
on the 23rd day of August, 1971, receiving certain territory into the city limits;
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the annexation of the
territory described in Ordinance No. 776 and Ordinance No. 777 is not in the best
interest of the City;
THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas that Ordinance No. 776 and Ordinance No. 777 are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of December, 1971.
