AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF PATRICIA STREET
FROM MAIN STREET TO FIRST STREET IN THE BOYETT ADDITION AND NO PARKING
ON THE WEST SIDE OF BOYETT STREET FROM CHURCH STREET TO SPRUCE STREET
IN THE BOYETT ADDITION IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS; PROVIDING
FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLATORS THEREOF; AND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS;
That pursuant to the authority under the charter of the City and the statutes of the
State of Texas, the following regulations concerning no parking on both sides of Patricia
Street from Main Street to First Street and no parking on the west side of Boyett Street
from Church Street to Spruce Street are hereby fixed. In the best interest of the public
safety, movement of traffic, and the general good of the public the following areas are
established:
a. No Parking on both sides of Patricia Street from Main Street to First
Street in the Boyett Addition; and
b. No Parking on the west side of Boyett Street from Church Street to Spruce
Street in the Boyett Addition.
It is therefore ordered and ordained that such no parking areas be established and
that appropriate signs be erected and that the proper authorities, after the due passage
of this ordinance and the erection of said signs, be instructed to enforce said ordinance
and that anyone violating said parking limits be found guilty of a misdemeanor.
