AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUESTION OF REZONING
LOTS 11 2 & 3, BLOCK 9, BOYETT SUBDIVISION FROM DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT
HOUSE DISTRICT TO DISTRICT NO. 5, SECOND BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that
all land described herein be rezoned from District No. 3, Apartment House
District to District No. 5, Second Business District;
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing shall be held at the City
Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 1971,
on the question of rezoning Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 9, Boyett Subdivision
from District No. 3, Apartment House District to District No. 5, Second
Business District.
Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of College Station at least three times, the first
publication of which shall be not less than 15 days prior to the date fixed
for the hearing.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of June, 1971.
