ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
February 15, 1977
7:30 P. M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Weiss, Members Runnels, Storts,
Comstock, Council Liaison Ringer, Building
Official Koehler.
MEMBERS .ABSENT: Hughey.
VISITORS PRESENT: Eugene Boriski
1. .Approval of the minutes of the meeting of January 18, 1977.
Comstock moved that the minutes be approved. The motion
was seconded by Storts and unanimously approved.
2. Consideration of the intent of the Zoning Map with regard
to a 6 acre tract in the Crawford Burnett Lea~ze. Koehler
explained that the land had been zoned Single Family Residential
District upon annexation, that all of the surrounding tracts
had been rezoned by ordinance, that no ordinance was found re-
zoning this tract and that in his opinion and in the opinion
of present and former City Planners, the land was not desig-
nated "R-1" on the map as a result of a drafting ommission.
Mr. Boriski said that he knew of no reason why the land should
not be zoned R-l.
Weiss moved that the Board find that the land is zoned Single
Family Residential District, District R-1 and that it should
be so designated on the Zoning Map. The motion was seconded
by Runnels and unanimously approved.
3. Other Business. There was no other business.

motion was seconded by Runnels and unanimously approved.
