Publicity 􀂃 Exploring History Lunch Lecture showing on CSTV-19 Oral History Interviews – 2 􀂃 Former Mayor Ron Silvia was interviewed by Alyson Sanders for the upcoming Mayor exhibit. 􀂃 Former Mayor Lynn McIlhanney was interviewed by Alyson Sanders for the upcoming mayor exhibit. Publications –2 􀂃 Printed 500 new brochures 􀂃 Printed 100 new luggage tags Historic Markers – 0 􀂃 Currently, 82 Historic Home Markers, 8 Building Markers and 2 Historic Subject Markers 􀂃 Markers pending: 0 Community Outreach -3 􀂃 Attended dedication of Providence Church Historic Site 􀂃 Attended Brazos County Historical Commission meeting 􀂃 Presented “Military History on Tap” proposal to Shannon Overby of the B-CS Convention and Visitors Bureau 􀂃 Gave an interview about PH to volunteer Brian Langhoff for a class at TAMU INTERNAL Intern – 48.75 hours 􀂃 Alyson Sanders received a Silver Award from the Presidents Volunteer Service Awards for performing over 250 volunteer hours 􀂃 Alyson Sanders continued her work on the upcoming exhibit Volunteers – 30.25 hours 􀂃 Rosemary Boykin received a Bronze Award from the Presidents Volunteer Service Awards for performing over 100 volunteer hours clipping news articles. 􀂃 Gabriel Copley is scanning in the City Hall publicity notebooks. 􀂃 Vicki Eastes is organizing the Norma Miller documents. 􀂃 Brian Langhoff is scanning in the box of newspapers on the Bonfire tragedy. 􀂃 Colleen Risinger is scanning in the Brazos Valley Heroes articles among others. She received a Bronze Award from the Presidents Volunteer Service Awards for performing over 100 volunteer hours. 􀂃 Sarah Sundbeck is organizing the Norma Miller documents.
