1. Proposed January Pay Increases: Julie O'Connell, HR Director, distributed a listing of
proposed pay increases scheduled for January 2002. The list contained information on exempts
and will bring them closer to the midpoint established during the annual salary survey. Julie will
return to the Mgt. Team in December with an updated list. Directors should wait until after the
City Council meeting on August 23rd to release the information to their subordinates. Once
Council approves the plan, directors may contact Julie or Michelle in HR for lists broken down
by division.
2. Review Agenda Coversheets for the August 23rd: Glenn Brown, Assistant City Manager,
reviewed agenda coversheets for the August 23rd City Council meeting.
3. Agenda Planning Calendar: The calendar was not reviewed.
4. Other:
New Citizen's Guide: Kelley Cole distributed a copy of the new Citizen's Guide. Copies
will be available for citizens in all City facilities.
