Alterations:
--Mr. Woods purchased the house in 1999 after a fire had destroyed part of the kitchen
and utility room area. He renovated both of those areas and updated the bathrooms. He
added an additional bathroom to the upstairs area. The front door is the original front
door and the wood floors and staircase were restored. The wood panel walls are original
in the downstairs rooms and upstairs rooms and have been painted. A few block glass
windows were added in the upstairs bathroom and stairwell to add more natural light.
The old windows in the house were removed and replaced with beautiful new windows
that crank out. The brick is original. Mr. Woods also added a garage apartment and a
patio. Mr. Woods is a great Architect by profession and did a wonderful job updating the
house without taking away from it's original beauty.
