Sgt. Mark Michel is the son of Shelley & Randy Michel. Shelley is a member of the A&M Consolidated
High School Class of 1967. Mark graduated from CHS, Class of 1999. He later graduated from
Pennsylvania State University in 2004 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, he
enlisted in the Army in 2004. He is attached to the Army Airborne Unit 509th Infantry
stationed out of Anchorage, AK, and deployed to Iraq in October 2006. He is expected to be home in
December of 2007. Mark is single and looks forward to working on his MBA at TAMU when he returns.
