MOORE, Assistant Archivist for the Nation al Archives, wrote: "We do not believe that there will be any difficulty in the distribution of the1910 census microfilm to the 11 regional archives branches. As we see the likely timetable at this date, the copying and distribution of the film should take place by August or September of 1982. If there are further developments we will let you Xhow." Military Orders Returned "On 14 December 1981 the Correspondence Branch, National Archives, began returning requests for copies of military service and related records and passenger arrival records that had been submitted without prepayment. "Some eight to ten thousand requests were returned, asking the patrons to resubmit their orders with advance payment of $5 per file requested. The previous practice by which persons were billed for military and passenger arrival records has been terminated. Frances Lamar WILLIAMS,BRUSSE (Mrs. Joe C. BRUSSE) was a lovely lady, interested in• genealogy and preservation of history, active in her church and community, a teacher and a friend. We lost her on January 2 5, 1982. If you want to remember her with a gift to the genealogy section of the Bryan Library, give (or mail) whatever you want, to the Reference Librarian, Nan ROSS. After a time, she will purchase an appropriate book or books in her memory. We have lost a good membe.r and a good friend. 80 Willowhole Cemetery, Madison County, TX (Continued) DENMAN, A.
