WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT
Public Hearing, presentation, discussion, and possible action
regarding Ordinance No. 2023-4464 amending Appendix A,
Unified Development Ordinance, Article 4, "Zoning
Districts," Section 4.2 "Official Zoning Map," of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas by changing
the zoning district boundary from BPI Business Park
Industrial to PDD Planned Development District on
approximately 7.37 acres of land being Tract 38.4 of the
Crawford Burnett Survey Abstract 7, generally located at
2900 North Graham Road.
