Claude Alexander, 55, of Sprini
are set for 10 a.m. Monday at!
Klein Funeral Home.
Burial will be Tuesday at Ever-
green Cemetery in Paris, Texas.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8
p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Alexander died Thursday in
Houston.
He was born in College Station
and raised in Wellborn. He gradu-
ated from Texas A&M University
in 1972, majoring in finance and I
business administration. He I
moved to Houston in 1972 and I
worked for Capital National Hank
in the real estate department. He i
later worked for General Homes
as vice president and chief finan-I
cial officer for 20 years and at
David Weekley Homes as vice.1
president and chief financial offi-
cer for the past seven years. .
Mr. Alexander was a volunteer I
for Habitat for Humanity and I
donated his time to many local I
community organizations. He
headed a fund-raising campaign I
through David Weekley Homes for ·
the United Way. He was a mem-
ber of Champion Forest Baptist
Church.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki
Alexander of Spring; two daugh-
ters and a son-in-law, Deanna and
Eric of Allen and Megan of Col-
lege Station; his parents, J.D.
and Nan Alexander of College
Station; and two brothers, David
Alexander of Abilene and Sid
Alexander of College Station.
