7.2- Parking removal- Wakewell Court

Question: What is the approximate cost of the signage?
Response: This will take (4) “No Parking” sign assemblies to fully cover the area being proposed for
parking removal. The cost is $348 for the cost of the material and then $125 for labor and equipment
for a total of $473.
8.3- Reporting rental property maintenance violations and draft Voluntary Proactive Rental Inspection

Question: How many See Click Fix reports have been made in the “property maintenance violation”?
Response: There have been 15 reports made for "property maintenance - interior" since January.
9.1- Resolution directing publication of notice of intention to issue Certificates of Obligations

Question: What does the IT Revolver and Streets Revolver mean?
Response: The revolvers are similar to a bank line of credit (7 to 20 year CO debt), we include an
amount in the Streets CIP, Facilities & Technology CIP and Parks CIP fund for unforeseen and / or
minimal projects.
9.4- Community Development Block Grant- Regional Mitigation Program plan

Question: What page does the explanation of item #2 listed on the coversheet start on?
Responses: The explanation for item #2 was inadvertently left out of the packet. However, staff has
been in discussion with the General Land Office regarding the eligibility of the acquisition project. We
received the final determination on Monday that the acquisition is not eligible as the project does not
include building any type of flood mitigation facility on the land. The revised scope will be presented at
the Council meeting on Thursday and public notice required for the Public Comment Period will be
updated.
9.5- Pickleball and Futsal Courts at Anderson Park

Question: Exhibit A lists pickleball, futsal and other sports. What other sports are planned under this
item. Also, can copy of the contract be included?
Response: Other sports that could be played on these courts include inline hockey, field hockey and
lacrosse. A copy of the contract is attached.
