AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 8) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2087
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1994-95 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on August 24, 1995, the Council called a public hearing for September 14, 1995,
and notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on September 8, 1995, in
compliance with the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 14, 1995, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1994-95 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That the amended revenues and debt of the Hotel/Motel Fund budgeted for fiscal year
1994-95 is $1,538,840.
I1.
That the amended expenditures for the Affordable Housing Fund budgeted for fiscal
year 1994-95 is $1,964,387.
II1.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the
City Charter of the City of College Station, Texas.
