AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, SECTION 2, OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION LISTING THE SERVICES
PROVIDED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR WHICH FEES SHALL BE
CHARGED AND SETTING THE AMOUNTS OF THOSE FEES BY SEPARATE RESO-
LUTION.
WHEREAS, on September 26, 1991, the City of College Station City Council deter-
mined that certain services performed for members of the public should be charged for
the benefit of the public and passed Ordinance No. 1921 setting forth those services;
WHEREAS, the City of College Station periodically reviews its ordinances;
WHEREAS, the City of College Station requires that necessary changes be made to
certain ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the City of College Station deems it necessary that changes be made to
service fees for Police Department services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION:
That Chapter 14, Section 2, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station is
hereby amended by amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2:
POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVICES
Police Department records checks and verifications provided to citizens upon
request. Governmental agencies making such requests shall be exempt from
the provisions of this section.
Requests for accident reports prepared by the Police Department.
Request for records and reports prepared by or in the custody of the Police
Department other than accident reports.
Police Department escort services for other than emergency services."

This ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the City Council and duly attested by the Mayor and City
Secretary.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 13th day of July, 1995.
