TO REGENCY PARKWAY, INC., RECORDED IN VOLUME 1219, PAGE 280 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The subject property, a 2.45 acre tract described by metes and bounds in "Exhibit A" and shown graphically in "Exhibit B", is rezoned fi.om R-1 Singie Family Residential to C-2 Commercial Industrial. A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public heating and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Monday, Suly 28, 1997, the same being at least fu~een (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in the Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on August 12, 1997, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance.
