7.6 Rental Agreement Amendment– Big Truck Rental, LLC

Question: How much is a new front-end loader?
Response: In FY22 we ordered a new front-end loader (which we have not received). The front-end loader
ordered in FY22 cost $418,400. This amendment is to cover the additional cost of renting until the new
front-end loader arrives. The estimate for a front-end loader ordered today (delivery in 24 months) is
$475,000.
8.2 Update to Event, Program, and Activity Sponsorship Policy

Question: The Agenda says this is an update to the policy, can I please see the old policy with red line
changes?
Response: This is an update to elements of the COCS Sponsorship Policy, adopted in 2016. A copy of that
policy is attached to this email. The section most relevant to the update begins on page 12: V. Requests
for City Sponsorship from Others. However, the update is not a line-for-line revision and therefore a
redline version of the changes does not exist.
