HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-2310 - Ordinance - 02/26/1998ORDINANCE NO. 2 3 q 0 AN ORDINANCE KEZONING A PARCEL OF LAND TOTALING 2.04 ACRES LOCATED IN THE MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, ABSTP~CT NO. 46, BKAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID TRACT BEING A PORTION OF THE REMAINDER OF THAT SAME 23.33 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED TO JOHN BEN CAKRABBA BY DEED OR RECORD IN VOLUME 470, PAGE 334 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BKAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The subject 2.04 acre tract described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit "A" and shown graphically in Exhibit "B" is rezoned from R-5 Apartments Medium Density to A-P Administrative Professional. A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, February 1 !, 1998, the same being at least fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in the Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 26, 1998, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance.
