AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A 20.11 FOOT WIDE SANITARY
SEWER UTILITY EASEMENT, LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE MORGAN
RECTOR LEAGUE, ABSTRACT NO. 46, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
AND BEING PART OF LOT 2, WEST WOLF PEN CREEK SUBDIVISION AD DEPICTED
BY PLAT RECORDS IN VOLUME 3378, PAGE 03, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF
BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY
EXHIBIT "A".
WHEREAS, the City of College Station has received an application for the abandonment of a
20.11 foot wide public utility easement, lying and being situated within Lot 2, West Wolf Pen
Creek subdivision, in the City of College Station, Brazes County, Texas said portion being more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, on April 22, 1999, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, heard the
application of Sonic Management represented by Mr. Ray Corkran for the vacation and
abandonment of the aforementioned 20.11 foot wide sanitary sewer utility easement that lies
within Lot 2, West Wolf Pen Creek subdivision, according to the plat recorded in Volume 3378,
Page 03, of the Official Records of Brazes County, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
that the 20.11 foot wide strip of land previously platted as a sanitary sewer utility easement,
which lies within the Morgan Rector League, Abstract No. 46, College Station, Brazes County,
Texas and more particularly described by Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be abandoned and
vacated.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 22nd day of April, 1999.

Metes and bounds of all that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the
Morgan Rector League, Abstract No. 46, College Station. Brazos County, Texas. and being
portion out of Lot 2, West Wolf Pen Creek Subdivision, as depicted by plat recorded in
VOLUME 33 78 PAGE 03, of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being part of
that same 0.828 acre tract conveyed to Sonic Management, Inc., as described by deed recorded in
VOLUME 3383 PAGE 64 of said Official Records, said 0.063 acre tract being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwest line of Lot 2. said point being located S 44014'07.. E -
103.10 feet fi.om an iron rod found marking the most westerly comer of Lot 2, and lying in the
southeast right-of-way line of Harvey Road.
TI-IENCE S44°14'07" E - 20.11 feet with the southwest line of Lot 2 to a point for comer.
THENCE N51°53'17" E - 136.78 feet across said lot to a point for comer in the northeast line.
said line being also the common boundary, between Lot 2 and Lot 3.
THENCE N44°14'07" W - 20.11 feet with said northeast line to a point for comer.
THENCE S51°5Yl 7" W - 136.78 feet across said lot to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and
containing 0.063 acres of land, more or less.
