BE IT ORDAIN~.D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The subject 6.125 acre tract described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit "A" and shown graphically in Exhibit "B" is rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to P.U.D. #2 Planned Unit Development. A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, April 29, 1998, the same being at least fii~een (15) days prior to a public heating to be held in the Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 14, 1998, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance. Van Rieq Trustee by Lieven J. Van Riet, et al by deed recorded in Volume 964, Page 818 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas (O.R.B.C.) and being more particularly descn'bed by metes and bounds as'follows: BEGINNING: at a 1/2-inch iron rod found at an internal ell comer on the northeast line of the said I32.508 acre tract, said iron rod also marking the most westerly comer of a 10.00 acre City Park tract known as Lot 2, Block One of Westehester Park, Phase Two as recorded in Volume 1138, Page 675 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas; THENCE: S 47° 07' 31" E along the southwest line of the said 10.00 acre the Park Tract for a distance of 683.54 feet to a 1/2-inch iron rod set for comer, said iron rod also being the north comer of a 3.421 acre Rock Prairie Road right-of-way conveyed to the City of College Station by Lieven J.
