AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 13.82 ACRE TRACT OF LAND, THE PROPOSED
PEBBLE CREEK PHASE 8-B, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED IN THE S.W. ROBERTSON
SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 202, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING OUT OF
A RESIDUE OF A CALLED 505.19 ACRE TRACT DESCRIBED AS "TRACT 1" IN
A DEED TO PEBBLE CREEK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY RECODED IN
VOLUME 1671, PAGE 276 OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY, OFFICIAL PUBLIC
RECORDS, ALSO BEING OUT OF A CALLED 7.32 ACRE TRACT DESCRIBED IN
A DEED TO SAID PEBBLE CREEK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY RECORDED IN
VOLUME 3229, PAGE 232 OF SAID OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
PART 1:
That the City of College Station Ordinance #1638, more specifically the
Official Zoning Map, be amended as set out in Exhibits "A", "B", and "C"
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes.
PART 2:
That if any provisions of any section of this ordinance shall be held to be
void or unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity of
the remaining provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain
in full force and effect.
PART 3:
That any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five dollars
($25.00) nor more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
Part 4:
A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be
given a public hearing and considered for final passage, was published in
The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan
and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, July 28, 1999,
the same being at least fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be
held in the Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at
6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 12, 1999, to permit the public to be heard
prior to final consideration of this ordinance.
Part 5:
This ordinance shall become effective on August 13, 1999.

metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit "C", the proposed Pebble Creek Phase
8-B, an addition to the CiO' of College Station, Brazos CounO,, Texas, located in
the S. W. Robertson Survey; Abstract No. 202, Brazos County', Texas attd being out
of a residue of a called 505.19 acre tract described as "Tract 1" in a deed to
Pebble Creek Development Company recorded in Volume 1671, Page 276 of the
Brazos Count),, Official Public Records, also being out of a called 7.32 acre tract
